Thank you for shopping with Reggies. This policy explains our delivery options and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

UK delivery only

We deliver within the UK only. We do not offer delivery to Europe or other international destinations.

Delivery service and estimated times

Orders for delivery are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. This delivery estimate does not include order preparation or clothing production time.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are weight-based: £4.99 for 0.73–2.18 lb and £9.49 for 2.1801–3.64 lb. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Made-to-order clothing and mixed orders

Our clothing collection is made to order. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for production and processing before dispatch.

Where sauces and clothing are purchased together, the complete order will be dispatched once the clothing is ready. Customers wishing to receive their sauces sooner are welcome to place separate orders, subject to separate delivery charges.

Free collection

Free collection is available when offered at checkout. Please wait for your ready-for-collection notification before collecting your order. Follow the collection instructions provided in that notification.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details. Tracking information may take time to update.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed orders

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at help@reggiessauces.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss the available options.
